Our Story

Coming from a long line of butchers, the art of meat preparation and butchery has always been second nature to me. Some of my happiest childhood memories revolve around weekends spent in my father's bustling shop, learning the trade and honing my skills. It was during this time that my passion for butchery truly took root.

Years later, I fell in love with a wonderful man who also happens to be a passionate butcher—what a perfect match! Shortly thereafter, Shropshire Meat Auctions was born, and the rest is history.

Fast forward to 2025, and our family has grown to five! With this growth, our perspective on business has evolved, especially in light of rising grocery prices,  We are dedicated to sourcing the finest quality meat at affordable prices, ensuring that families like ours can enjoy premium produce without breaking the bank. Our commitment has resonated with our local customers, and we are delighted to be their go-to choice.
