How to Cook

### Cooking Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Steak:**
- Take the ribeye steak out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Pat it dry with paper towels.

2. **Season:**
- Generously season both sides with salt and black pepper.

3. **Heat the Pan:**
- Heat a cast-iron skillet or heavy frying pan over high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil or butter.

4. **Cook the Steak:**
- Once the pan is hot, add the ribeye steak.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on the first side without moving it.
- Flip the steak and cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium-rare, or longer for your desired doneness.

5. **Rest:**
- Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

6. **Serve:**
- Enjoy your perfectly cooked ribeye steak!
