Poached Chicken Breast
1. **Bring water or broth** to a simmer in a pot.
2. **Add chicken breasts** and seasonings.
3. **Cook** gently for 15-20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature 75°C/165°F).

Slow Cooker Chicken Breast
