Double Smoke Beef Ribs

### Oven-Baked Pre-Marinated Beef Ribs
1. **Preheat** oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. **Line** a baking dish with aluminium foil for easier cleanup.
3. **Place** the pre-marinated beef ribs in the dish, bone side down.
4. **Cover** the ribs tightly with more aluminium foil.
5. **Bake** for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.
6. **Optional:** Remove foil, brush with additional marinade or sauce, and broil on high for 5-10 minutes until caramelized.
7. **Let rest** for a few minutes before serving.

### Grilled Pre-Marinated Beef Ribs
1. **Preheat** grill to medium heat (about 300°F/150°C).
2. **Remove** ribs from the marinade and let excess drip off.
3. **Place** ribs on the grill, bone side down.
4. **Cook** for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until heated through and nicely charred.
5. **Optional:** Brush with additional marinade during the last few minutes of cooking for extra flavour.
6. **Remove** from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
