**Shipping Policy**

**1. Order Processing and Shipping Times**  
We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day for delivery the following day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on Fridays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

**2. Packaging**  
To ensure that your meat arrives in perfect condition, we use foil-lined insulated boxes specifically designed to maintain the required temperature for up to 48 hours. This ensures that your products are kept at the optimal temperature during transit.

**3. Shipping Carrier**  
All our shipments are delivered by DHL ECOMMERCE. You can expect reliable service and timely delivery for your orders.

**4. Tracking Your Order**  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the DHL website and choose your delivery options. 
You will receive a 1 hour time slot prior to delivery of your Meat Box.
