- Place the chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, until browned and they develop nice grill marks.
- Flip the chops and grill for another 3-4 minutes on the other side for medium-rare (internal temperature should reach about 130°F/54°C). Adjust cooking time to your preferred doneness.
- **Oven:**
- Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Roast in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach desired doneness.
#### Rest the Lamb Chops
- **Rest:** Once cooked, transfer the lamb chops to a plate and cover loosely with foil. Allow them to rest for 5 minutes. This helps the juices redistribute for a more tender bite.
#### Serve
- **Plate:** Arrange the lamb chops on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch.
- **Accompaniments:** Serve with sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, couscous, or a fresh salad.

- **Doneness:** Use a meat thermometer for accuracy. For lamb, medium-rare is typically 130°F (54°C), medium is 140°F (60°C), and well done is 160°F (71°C).
- **Mint Sauce:** You can also serve the lamb with a mint sauce made from fresh mint, vinegar, and sugar for a classic pairing.
- **Cooking Method:** Lamb chops can also be pan-seared on the stovetop. Use a cast-iron skillet for best results, following the same cooking times as grilling.
