How to Cook

Choose from different glaze options like honey-maple and traditional mustard for that extra touch.

*To Boil & Roast: Boil the gammon in a pot of water along with some veggies like onions and carrots to keep it moist and flavourful. Boil for about 20 minutes per pound.

*To Glaze & Roast: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). - Once it's boiled, take off the skin but keep a layer of fat on top. Score the fat and apply your favourite glaze—honey-mustard is great. - Pop it in the oven in a roasting pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes per pound, and remember to baste it with juices from the pan.

Once done, let the gammon rest for 10-15 minutes. This keeps it juicy and flavourful when you slice it.
